Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Coverage

• 1 year comprehensive warranty on the entire unit ( Excluding Plastic and consumable components )
• 5 warranty on compressor and IDU PCB

2. What Is Covered

• Defective components such as:
  • Compressor (as per extended warranty)
  • Fan motor
  • PCB (Printed Circuit Board)
  • Condenser and evaporator coils (limited cases)
• Free repair or replacement of faulty parts during the warranty period.

3. What Is Not Covered

• Damage due to:
  • Improper installation (not done by authorized technician)
  • Voltage fluctuations or power surges
  • Physical damage, mishandling, or accidents
  • Natural disasters (flood, fire, lightning, etc.)
• Normal wear and tear (filters, plastic parts, remote batteries)
• Gas refilling unless explicitly included
• Unauthorized repairs or tampering

4. Installation Conditions

• Warranty is valid only if:
  • Installation is done by authorized service personnel
  • Product is used as per manufacturer guidelines
• Improper installation may void warranty

5. Service Terms

• Service is  on-site for split and window ACs , will be taken to  workshop if requited
• Customer must:
  • Provide proof of purchase (invoice)
  • Ensure access to the unit for servicing
• Service response time may vary (24–72 hours) depending upon call load and distance of site from nearest service Centre location.
• Transportation charges will be applicable, if site is far away from nearest Service Centre.
• Check availability of Service Network in the area where unit to be installed.

6. Preventive Maintenance

• Regular servicing (cleaning filters, coils) is customer responsibility
• Lack of maintenance may lead to denial of warranty claims

7. Spare Parts Policy

         Replaced parts may be: New or refurbished

         Defective parts are typically retained by the service provider

8. Warranty Void Conditions

• Serial number tampering
• Use of non-approved refrigerant or parts
• Commercial use of a residential AC (if not designed for it)

10. Limitation of Liability

• Manufacturer is not liable for:
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays due to external factors
